My stay at the Novotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the design choice of separating the toilet might not be to everyone's taste. The service was friendly and professional, though I wish they had informed me about the parking voucher option. The location was convenient for accessing the city center and attractions, but the surroundings felt a bit uneasy at night. The dining options were varied but a bit pricey compared to nearby cafes. Facilities were satisfactory, offering what one would expect from a modern hotel.

The hotel was very well prepared for us and our kids even 1 hour before planned arrival. However, the air-con was out of order on the day before our arrival, and the room overlooked the main street which was pretty noisy all night. The overall cleanliness was satisfactory.
